CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT

BACKGROUND

These Code of Ethics and Conduct set, will help Tantine Group Ltd which will to properly implement its daily activities while conserving the good image of the organization. We expect all employees to observe the highest standards of ethics and integrity in their conduct. This means following a basic code of ethical behavior that includes the following:

  1. BUILD TRUST AND CREDIBILITY

The success of our organization is dependent on the trust and confidence we earn from our employees, volunteers, beneficiaries, donors as well as stakeholders. We obtain trust and credibility by adhering to our commitments, displaying honesty and integrity and reaching organization mission solely through honorable conduct.

  1. ACCOUNTABILITY

Tantine Group Ltd employees and volunteers must have a high level of accountability. Each of us is responsible for knowing and adhering to the values and standards set forth in this Code.

  1. RESPECT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL

We encourage all our employees and volunteers to put forward dignity and respect for everyone. We are committed to create the environment where everyone is respect and treated in human sense because this environment brings out the full potential in each of us, which, in turn, contributes directly to our business success.

  1. CULTURE OF HONEST AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

Senior Managers of Tantine Group Ltd have a responsibility to create an open and supportive environment where every employee or volunteer feel comfortable raising such questions or suggestions. It is through this space all instances of questionable and unethical behavior are raised and treated accordingly, the fact which enhance professionalism and proficiency in our organization.

  1. UPHOLD THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS

All our employees and volunteers are obliged to comply with the laws, rules and regulations set in the organization. We highly encourage our employees, especially newly recruited ones, to understand the organization policies and regulations in order to avoid unnecessary activities contrary to the laws that might be committed by our employees. Senior Management team is responsible for preventing violations of law and for speaking up if we see possible violations.

  1. PROFESSIONALISM

We are so much concerned with the culture of professionalism because professionalism is the software of the organizational success. Without professionalism, the organization might never achieve its fixed mission, goals and objectives.
